On the afternoon of April 30, 2025, in Dong Nai, the Parade and March Organizing Subcommittee of the Ministry of Public Security summarized the work of participating in the parade and march at the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
The Ministry of Public Security and the Mobile Police Command have awarded 2,749 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in participating in the parade and march in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van - Commander of the Mobile Police, Deputy Head of the Standing Subcommittee for organizing military parades and marches of the Ministry of Public Security said that, implementing the direction of the Central Steering Committee for celebrating major national holidays, since October 2024, the Ministry of Public Security has issued a plan and established the Subcommittee for organizing military parades and marches of the Ministry of Public Security in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
After more than 4 months of preparation, in coordination with the Army, Ministries, departments, branches and localities, the Celebration Ceremony was successfully organized.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van commended and highly appreciated the efforts, attempts and achievements of officers, soldiers and students in participating in the above important event, especially the work of selection, training, coordination with relevant forces and units. In particular, he commended the sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers in the Parade Organizing Subcommittee of the Ministry of Public Security; the permanent support units and nearly 3,408 officers, soldiers and students directly participating in the parade.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van emphasized that the celebration has ended, but the echoes of the parade have left many good impressions, contributingto educating the tradition of patriotism, the will to self-reliance, self-improvement, and the spirit of great national unity. In particular, through the parade, we have reported to the leaders of the Party, the State, the people and international friends about the maturity and growth of the armed forces in general, and the People's Public Security Forces in particular, throughout the journey of gaining independence, unifying the country and building and developing the country; at the same time, it has demonstrated the heroic spirit and national glory, creating confidence for us to firmly step into a new era, an era of prosperous development of the Vietnamese nation.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van suggested that the Public Security of units and localities must organize meetings to review experiences, evaluate the results of implementation; point out and propose solutions to promptly correct and overcome in the coming time. In particular, do a good job of preparing for the organization of parade and march training of the Public Security Forces in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Review and ensure full compliance with all regimes and policies for officers, soldiers, and students participating in parades, marches, and service work in accordance with regulations.
