A highlight of this year's competition is the increased use of digital technology , especially artificial intelligence (AI), in each segment, opening up new approaches to oral communication at the grassroots level.
Unlike previous competitions, many contestants proactively applied AI to the process of developing outlines, collecting and processing materials, designing lectures, and visualizing content. From dry and difficult-to-understand resolution documents, through the use of supporting tools, the content was systematized more logically, illustrated more vividly, making it easier for listeners to understand, remember, and apply in practice.

The contestants maintained principles, strictly controlled the content, ensured accuracy, and maintained correct political orientation, clearly demonstrating proactiveness in approaching new things, but without becoming overly reliant on technology."

Integrating technology, especially AI, into the competition is not only an inevitable trend but also an important step towards improving the quality of propaganda work and meeting the requirements of digital transformation in the armed forces today.
The competition demonstrated that entries supported by technology were particularly appealing, making the resolution's content more accessible to officers, soldiers, and the public. Visually simulated images, data, and scenarios contributed to improved communication effectiveness and overcame the limitations of traditional methods.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Nhu Phong, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Command of Binh Duong Ward, shared: “The application of AI helps us access information faster and systematize content more scientifically . However, the most important thing remains political acumen and the ability to select and guide information correctly. Technology is a tool and means to support the vivid transmission of content, but the speaker is the decisive factor in the quality of propaganda.”

It is clear that this year's competition is not only an opportunity to "test" the capabilities of the team of speakers but also a trial and shaping of new propaganda methods in the context of digital transformation. The combination of firm political principles with modern methods has created a new face for oral propaganda work at the grassroots level; spreading new approaches, contributing to raising the level of cadres in general, and speakers in particular, to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
