In early 2000, implementing the policy of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on the arrangement and adjustment of the organization of the Army, on May 9, 2000, the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army issued Decision No. 286/QD-TM to establish the Technical Warehouse of the Armored Corps, named Medical Warehouse.

Over the past 25 years, generations of officers and soldiers of the Medical Warehouse have promoted the spirit of self-reliance, overcoming difficulties and lack of facilities to successfully complete assigned tasks; for many consecutive years, it has been the leading unit in the emulation movement in the Armored Corps; for 17 consecutive years, it has achieved the title of Determined to Win Unit; had many high achievements in sports and competitions; was awarded the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal by the State; the Prime Minister awarded a Certificate of Merit; the Corps and local authorities awarded many noble awards.

The unit always receives support from agencies and units stationed in the area, the trust, support and assistance of the local Party Committee, government and people. Cadres and soldiers of all generations are united, attached, overcome difficulties to complete assigned tasks well, build the tradition of "Self-reliance, self-strengthening, safety, quality, once in battle, we will win".

Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Phan Hai Long praised the achievements and results of the unit and the efforts of generations of officers and soldiers over the past 25 years; requested the unit's leaders and commanders, along with officers and soldiers, to continue promoting the traditions of previous generations, building a strong, comprehensive, and exemplary unit.
