The project covers an area of ​​nearly 50 hectares, with a total investment of more than 1 billion USD. The project has the advantage of connecting to key traffic routes such as National Highway 13, Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City, and especially metro lines 1 and 2.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Party Central Committee member, Head of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Van Loi said that after the merger, the new Ho Chi Minh City has become the leading economic center of the country. With more than 14 million people, the demand for housing, education, and shopping is huge. The implementation of the urban housing project is a quick response to meet the demand. In addition, the project also creates more jobs for workers in the construction sector, gradually turning the locality into a modern urban area.
