The project's operating period is 50 years from the date of decision on land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose change. The project's items include: Factory area, operation area, wastewater treatment system, accommodation area and some auxiliary items.
Phase one of the project has a scale of more than 100 hectares, expected to complete infrastructure and attract secondary investors from August 2026. Song Mai - Nghia Trung Industrial Park is expected to be one of the models of infrastructure investment and attracting investors.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan emphasized that this is an event of special significance, affirming the determination of Bac Ninh province in expanding industrial development space, attracting investment, and improving its position on the national economic map.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, he acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and initiative of the Hanoi - Bac Giang Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company as well as the active and synchronous participation of departments, branches, and local authorities in promptly coordinating, removing difficulties, and fully preparing conditions for the project to start construction on schedule.

He informed that over the years, Bac Ninh has always been one of the bright spots in industrial development and investment attraction in the country. The province currently has 33 industrial parks with approved investment policies and investors to build and operate industrial park infrastructure, with a total area of about 10,000 hectares. Notably, industrial production activities continue to be the main growth driver, helping Bac Ninh maintain its position in the top group of the country in terms of industrial scale, making an important contribution to the national export turnover.
In that context, the groundbreaking of the Song Mai - Nghia Trung Industrial Park infrastructure investment project is a continuation of the province's industrial development orientation, while opening up a new development space, associated with the vision of building Bac Ninh into a high-tech, logistics and smart urban center of the capital region and the whole country.
To effectively implement the project, he suggested that the investor focus resources, organize construction to ensure progress and quality, strictly comply with legal regulations, especially on environment, fire prevention and fighting and labor safety; at the same time, build a strategy to attract secondary investors with capacity, advanced technology and high added value.
