Many airlines simultaneously moved operations to Terminal T3, Tan Son Nhat Airport

Airlines such as Bamboo Airways (QH), Pacific Airlines (BL), Vasco (0V), Vietravel Airlines (VU) have transferred all domestic flights to operate at Passenger Terminal T3, Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) said that from August 18, airlines such as Bamboo Airways (QH), Pacific Airlines (BL), Vasco (0V), and Vietravel Airlines (VU) have transferred all domestic flights to operate at Passenger Terminal T3, Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Accordingly, at Terminal T3, Vietravel Airlines arranges check-in counters from 25 to 31, passengers check in at gates D1 and D2. The departure gate area will flexibly change from gate 1 to gate 5, 1st floor, Terminal T3. For Premium class passengers, the airline serves at two waiting rooms SH Lounge and The Sens. In addition, the last-minute ticket counter is also located right at gate D1 for passengers' convenience.

All information about changes in operating terminals is widely announced to passengers via website, fanpage, email, SMS and the agency system. It is noted that at terminal T3, the number of Vietravel Airlines passengers is not too crowded, so the check-in time is quick and convenient.

Vietnam Airlines Group (including Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and Vasco) has also completed the conversion of domestic flights to Terminal T3. Thus, up to now, most domestic airlines operate at Terminal T3, only Vietjet Air continues to serve passengers at Terminal T1.

According to ACV, in the coming time, the unit will rearrange Terminal T1, move Vietjet's check-in area to Hall A and renovate Hall B into a passenger transfer hall between Terminals T1, T2 and T3. At the same time, ACV will also invest in a VNeID check-in system, biometric cameras and organize passenger transfer by internal bus, instead of taking the outside road.
