At the first stop called Experience Air Service, the public had the opportunity to experience Vietravel Airlines' high-class Premium service; to immerse themselves in a unique artistic space. The performances not only honored the beauty of Vietnamese culture, but also conveyed Vietravel Airlines' aspiration to reach out to the world .

The Personalized Experience Journey area is designed for travelers to explore their preferences when traveling by plane, their travel style, and then build their own itinerary through simple operations on the LED screen.

Vietravel Airlines was approved by the Government for investment on April 3, 2020 with a capital of 700 billion VND. The airline's first commercial flight was launched on January 25, 2021, marking the takeoff of a new airline brand in the Vietnamese and international skies.

With the goal of building an airline associated with tourism, over the past time, Vietravel Airlines has continuously expanded its main routes, firmly connecting key domestic tourist cities and reaching out internationally, bringing Vietnam closer to the world.

At the 6-month review conference of 2025 held in early August, Vietravel Airlines said that it plans to launch two new domestic routes connecting Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) - Hai Phong (HPH) and Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) - Thanh Hoa (THD), and resume the Hanoi (HAN) - Nha Trang (CXR) route. At the same time, it will operate a series of charter flights connecting Hanoi (HAN) - Anhui (TXN, China) from October 2025.

The airline is also actively negotiating with aircraft manufacturers and international airlines to realize its plan to expand its fleet and flight network. The goal is to have a fleet size of 30-50 aircraft by 2030, with a flight network covering Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia and the Middle East.

Vietravel Airlines will also continue to promote passenger transport, while expanding into air cargo to meet the increasing demand of the supply chain and logistics in the region. T&T Group and Vietravel Airlines are planning to participate in developing aviation ancillary services such as ground services, warehousing, loading and unloading, technical services and aviation industry - a field with high added value... to increase competitiveness and contribute to perfecting the aviation ecosystem according to the group model that T&T Group is developing.
