On the morning of October 9, at the Monument of President Ho Chi Minh, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Thuc Phan ward organized a campaign to mobilize the entire population to participate in general environmental sanitation and overcome the consequences of storm No. 11. The general environmental sanitation campaign is a meaningful activity, not only contributing to overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, ensuring environmental sanitation, preventing epidemics but also demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the whole society. He called on all cadres, party members, union members, members of the armed forces and people to actively respond to the movement, join hands to build Thuc Phan ward to be spacious, clean and beautiful, and soon stabilize after the flood.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, nearly 1,000 people including officers, soldiers of the Army, Police, environmental sanitation workers, officials, civil servants, employees, workers and people simultaneously launched a general cleaning campaign on main streets such as Kim Dong, Pho Thau, Be Van Dan, Xuan Truong, Vuon Cam, Hoang Van Thu... The forces focused on collecting garbage, dredging mud, clearing sewers, washing roads, disinfecting the environment, especially prioritizing deeply flooded areas with a lot of accumulated garbage.

On October 9, the People's Committee of Bao Lam commune mobilized cadres, civil servants, armed forces, agencies, units, schools, businesses, cooperatives and all people to clean up the environment, overcome the consequences of floods, ensure a clean environment, prevent epidemics and stabilize people's lives.

The forces were mobilized to clean up flooded areas, mud, and garbage from The Gioi Di Dong intersection to the welcome gate of Hamlet 2; the agricultural market area, and the commune's livestock market. Bao Lam Commune People's Committee directed the Economic Department and the Commune Project Management Board to mobilize 2 excavators, 2 cars, 5 pumps and many other equipment, machinery, vehicles, and equipment from units, businesses, cooperatives, and construction contractors in the area to collect and transport garbage, mud, and drain water in areas heavily affected by storms and floods.
