On October 9, a working delegation from Military Region 1 led by Major General La Cong Phuong, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Military Region, inspected and encouraged officers and soldiers of units to help people overcome the consequences of floods in wards of Thai Nguyen province, which were heavily affected by the recent storm No. 11.

The timely attention, support and encouragement of the working group has contributed to encouraging and motivating the people in the flood-affected areas and the officers and soldiers who are working day and night to help people overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives and production after the flood.
