- On October 9, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education organized a training conference on building a learning society. Attending were over 100 delegates who were leaders and officers of the cultural and social departments of communes, wards and a number of units and schools in the province.

At the training conference, the delegates were informed by the leaders of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education about the following contents: Decision No. 387/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the Program "Promoting lifelong learning movement in families, clans, communities, and units for the period 2021 - 2030"; Decision No. 677/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the Program "Building a model of Learning Citizens for the period 2021 - 2030"; Criteria and Guidelines for evaluating and recognizing the title "Learning Citizen" for the period 2021 - 2030 and Criteria and Guidelines for evaluating and recognizing the titles "Learning Family", "Learning Clan", "Learning Unit" for the period 2021 - 2030 issued by the Vietnam Association for Promotion of Education .

Also at the conference, delegates were guided to implement the plan of the Provincial People's Committee and the guidance of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education on implementing the program "Building a model of learning citizens" for the period 2021 - 2030; the program "Promoting lifelong learning movement in families, clans, communities, and units for the period 2021 - 2030" and to periodically report data according to the table, manage and use the website of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education.

Through the training conference, the leaders and officers of the Department of Culture and Society of communes, wards and some units and schools in the province are equipped with more related knowledge, which can be applied in the implementation of sociological construction work most effectively, especially after implementing the two-level local government model.
