- On October 9, a working delegation of the Provincial Youth Union visited and presented necessities to support households severely flooded by storm No. 11 in Huu Lung commune.

During the program, the delegation presented 300 meals, flashlights and some necessities such as: filtered water, milk... with a total value of over 30 million VND to households affected by floods and property damage due to rain and floods.
