Quang Hanh Golf Course Project Groundbreaking

On August 19, in Quang Hanh ward, Vingroup Corporation started construction of Quang Hanh golf course project. This is one of the key projects of Quang Ninh province, part of a series of 250 projects started and inaugurated simultaneously across the country to celebrate the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2. The Quang Hanh Golf Course project covers an area of approximately 100 hectares, with a total investment of over VND886 billion (equivalent to approximately USD35 million). The project includes a 21-hole golf course, a clubhouse, staff housing, and many other parks and amenities.
When completed, the project will contribute to promoting the economic , service, tourism and sports development of the province. At the same time, this will be a unique tourism - sports product, attracting tourists to Quang Ninh, meeting the needs of entertainment, recreation and health training of the community.

In the coming time, Vingroup will continue to research and invest in a large-scale coastal ecological resort urban area. The project includes subdivisions of resort villas, hotels, marinas, commercial centers and cultural and culinary experience spaces, along with a smart and synchronous infrastructure system.
With a prime location, located on the coastal road of Ha Long - Cam Pha, with special resources such as hot, salty mineral water, exploited at a depth of hundreds of meters underground, Quang Hanh ward has now attracted many key projects, with large investment capital and is oriented to become a high-quality tourism , service and trade center of Quang Ninh.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that in the coming time, Vingroup Corporation and Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company focus resources, mobilize modern machinery and equipment to simultaneously construct all project items, striving to complete the project ahead of the approved schedule. At the same time, ensure strict management of quality, progress, labor safety and compliance with legal regulations throughout the project implementation process.
Quang Hanh Ward People's Committee and related departments and branches continue to accompany and support investors in resolving administrative procedures, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles and report to the Provincial People's Committee on matters beyond their authority to ensure project progress and quality, bringing the highest efficiency in terms of economy - society and environment. Quang Hanh Ward People's Committee approves the project implementation schedule as a basis for supervision, ensuring that the project is implemented on schedule and the investment policy is approved.
