Construction begins on the Quang Hanh golf course project.

On August 19th, in Quang Hanh ward, Vingroup commenced construction of the Quang Hanh golf course project. This is one of the key projects of Quang Ninh province, part of a series of 250 projects simultaneously launched and inaugurated nationwide to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Quang Hanh Golf Course project covers an area of ​​approximately 100 hectares, with a total investment of over 886 billion VND (equivalent to about 35 million USD). The project includes a 21-hole golf course, a clubhouse, staff housing, and various parks and other amenities.

Upon completion, the project will contribute to the economic , service, tourism, and sports development of the province. At the same time, it will be a unique tourism and sports product, attracting visitors to Quang Ninh and meeting the community's needs for recreation, entertainment, and health training.

In the near future, Vingroup will continue to research and invest in a large-scale coastal ecological resort urban area. The project will include resort villas, hotels, marinas, shopping centers, and cultural and culinary experience spaces, along with a smart and integrated infrastructure system.

Strategically located on the Ha Long - Cam Pha coastal road, and possessing the unique resource of hot, salty mineral water extracted from hundreds of meters below ground, Quang Hanh ward has attracted many key projects with large investments and is being oriented to become a high-quality tourism , service, and commercial center of Quang Ninh.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that in the coming period, Vingroup Corporation and Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company focus their resources and mobilize modern machinery and equipment to simultaneously construct all project components, striving to complete the project ahead of the approved schedule. At the same time, they must ensure strict management of quality, progress, labor safety, and compliance with all legal regulations throughout the project implementation.

The People's Committee of Quang Hanh Ward and relevant departments and agencies will continue to support the investor in resolving administrative procedures, promptly addressing difficulties and obstacles, and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee on matters beyond their authority to ensure the project's progress and quality, bringing the highest economic, social, and environmental benefits. The People's Committee of Quang Hanh Ward approves the project implementation schedule as a basis for monitoring and ensuring the project is implemented on schedule and in accordance with the approved investment plan.
