Igniting a thirst for knowledge from the 'heart' of the mountain town.

On the afternoon of May 22nd, the Buon Ma Thuot Ward Education Promotion Association commended and rewarded students who achieved outstanding results in the 2015-2026 school year.

This is not only an occasion to honor 174 outstanding students, but the program also strongly promotes the spirit of learning, further motivating the younger generation to continue nurturing their aspirations for advancement through knowledge.

Ms. Ra Lan Truong Anh Kim, Chairwoman of the Ward's Education Promotion Association, stated that Buon Ma Thuot is not only the cultural, economic, and political center of Dak Lak province but also a place where the tradition of valuing education, nurtured over many generations, is concentrated throughout the Central Highlands region.

"Today's achievements are thanks to the dedication of the teaching staff, the support of parents, and especially the unwavering efforts of the students," Ms. Kim emphasized.

According to the leader of the Dak Lak Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning, the fact that Buon Ma Thuot ward organized an early commendation ceremony for students also has special significance in affirming the positive results in the first year of implementing the two-tiered local government model. "Although there are still many changes in the operational process, the emulation movement for good teaching and good learning in the area continues to be maintained and strongly promoted," the representative shared.

Reports from schools also show that in the 2025-2026 school year, many students made outstanding achievements in provincial and national-level competitions, intellectual contests, and online competitions, winning numerous first, second, gold, and silver medals. Many of them became a source of pride for their families, schools, and hometowns in the mountainous region.

Along with commending and rewarding 174 outstanding students, stories of their willpower, efforts, and aspirations to excel through their studies were also shared. Through this, local leaders sent a message that these "beautiful seeds" are cherished and supported by the community to grow and contribute to the future of Dak Lak province.
