Launching the first phase of the Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park project.

(Dong Nai) - On the morning of December 19th, Tran Trung Nhan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Inspection Committee of Dong Nai, along with representatives from several departments, agencies, and localities in the province, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Investment Project to build and operate infrastructure for the Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park (Phase 1) in Xuan Que commune, Dong Nai province.

Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park (Phase 1) is one of three large-scale industrial parks being developed by Dong Nai province, along with Long Duc 3 Industrial Park and Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park, to celebrate important national events and contribute to promoting economic growth, high-tech development, and logistics services in the Long Thanh International Airport area.

The project boasts a strategic location at the intersection of the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet expressway and Provincial Road 770B, directly connecting to Long Thanh Airport via Provincial Road 769E and Ring Road 4. This integrated transportation system forms a crucial link between industrial parks, urban areas, and agricultural production zones in Dong Nai province, facilitating the flow of goods and providing quick access to domestic and international markets.

According to the plan, the Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park will have a scale of approximately 1,000 hectares in phase 1, with a total investment of 10 trillion VND, and will be developed by KN Holdings Group.

The industrial park is oriented towards development based on a model of manufacturing and next-generation materials, focusing on in-depth development, prioritizing the attraction of high value-added industries, advanced technology applications, and significant spillover effects such as next-generation supporting industries, precision manufacturing - electronics, electric vehicle production, batteries, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, logistics, and industries associated with digital transformation.

When operational, the Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park is expected to attract approximately $12.7 billion in foreign investment and create jobs for around 80,000-90,000 local workers.
