Launching the An Phu Social Housing Project

On the morning of December 19th, in Binh Kien ward, Cloud Gate Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for the An Phu Social Housing Project.

The ceremony was attended by Comrade Nguyen Thien Van, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee ; leaders from the Department of Construction, the Department of Internal Affairs, the People's Committee of Binh Kien ward, and a large number of local residents.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van delivered a speech at the project's launch ceremony.

The An Phu Social Housing Project is being implemented on an area of ​​43,230 ^m2 , designed with a height of 10-15 floors, comprising 2,270 social housing units, each ranging from 35-70 ^m2 .

The project has a total investment of approximately 2,584 billion VND; the completion time is within 36 months.

The delegates proceeded with the project launch ceremony.

Speaking at the project's launch ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van stated that social housing is not only an economic issue but also a social welfare issue. The An Phu Social Housing Project is a practical contribution of Cloud Gate Group to ensuring social welfare in Dak Lak province. The province is committed to continuing to support and create all favorable conditions for the project to soon become operational, providing warm homes for thousands of working families.

It is known that during the period 2026 - 2030, Dak Lak province is assigned to complete 38,007 social housing units, of which the eastern part of Dak Lak is assigned 18,407 units.
