In a notice sent to the Securities Commission on the morning of March 1st, Tracodi Construction Group Joint Stock Company announced that Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, has been prosecuted.

Specifically, Tracodi Construction Group Joint Stock Company stated that it had been notified by the competent authority about the decision to prosecute Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen.
Ms. Tuyen is the vice chairman of the board of directors of Tracodi. However, representatives of the company affirm that all business operations are still running normally.
Tracodi is a construction company headquartered in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. As of the end of 2024, the company had 300 employees and a registered capital of nearly 3,400 billion VND.
Regarding business performance, Tracodi recorded net revenue of VND 1,160 billion, a decrease of 35% compared to the previous year; while after-tax profit reached VND 111 billion, a decrease of 36%.
The company's management stated that the decrease in net revenue compared to the same period last year was due to overall adjustments in the construction schedule by the project developers to cope with difficulties in the capital market.
To adapt, Tracodi had to adjust the construction items by extending the construction time as required by the investor.
According to Tracodi's annual report, Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen holds management positions in several other businesses, including Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCG Land - a subsidiary of Bamboo Capital Group.
On the morning of the same day, Bamboo Capital also announced that it had been notified by the competent authorities of the decision to initiate a criminal case and the decision to prosecute Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam - the former chairman of the board of directors of this company.
