The Presidential Palace Relic Site under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is the only original relic of Uncle Ho; one of the largest relics, of great significance among the historical and revolutionary relics of Vietnam, the first relic in the system of memorial relics of President Ho Chi Minh. The Presidential Palace Relic Site complex includes 13 relic houses (Presidential Palace, House 54, Stilt House, Politburo Meeting Room, House 67, Kitchen A, Kitchen B, House where Uncle Ho signed the decree, Bunker H66, Bunker D1...); 1,738 documents and artifacts in the relic houses; 7 outdoor relics and 50 trees planted or directly cared for by Uncle Ho. During the 15 years of living and working at the Presidential Palace (1954 - 1969), President Ho Chi Minh and the Party Central Committee outlined the correct path for the Vietnamese revolution, while simultaneously carrying out the task of bringing the North to socialism and fighting for national reunification. At the Presidential Palace, he had many diplomatic activities promoting international solidarity, gaining the sympathy and support of international friends, and the forces of peace , democracy and progress in the world, leading our people's struggle from one victory to another, raising the position and prestige of our nation in the international arena.

After 56 years, the Presidential Palace Relic Site still bears profound historical and cultural marks about him. The stilt house is a symbol of the nation, the people, a shining symbol of international solidarity. The H67 relic site is where he breathed his last breath and returned to the world of the wise. When learning about his daily life stories during the time he lived and worked at the Presidential Palace, each of us has drawn great lessons for ourselves. The stories about him not only reflect the image and thoughts of a great man, but also mark a heroic period of the nation. Prime Minister Pham Van Dong affirmed: “Ho Chi Minh's thoughts and morality are eternal values of people, people in Vietnam as well as everywhere in the world, people today as well as people in the past, and people also expressed their belief that those values will be respected, inherited and developed by future generations” (1) .

The Presidential Palace Relic Site is currently assigned the following tasks: (i) To preserve and maintain intact the residence and workplace of the President as he lived and worked during his lifetime; (ii) To effectively promote the legacy of President Ho Chi Minh at the Presidential Palace Relic Site. In which, the task of preservation is a core political task; promoting the value of the relic is an important political task. The two tasks are inseparably linked. Preservation is the premise of promotion, promotion is the basis for promoting preservation. The Presidential Palace Relic Site has a unique feature: The sublimity is expressed through simplicity and humility. The Presidential Palace Relic Site does not have massive, majestic structures, but is a simple, familiar campus, containing the intellectual qualities, thoughts, and noble, great style of President Ho Chi Minh. All the material heritages from the house, furniture to the landscape of trees, roads, fish ponds, etc., along with the profound and rich spiritual heritages that he left behind, have converged into " the old Uncle Ho's realm " with a complete, original, rare " historical - cultural memory field " in the system of relics and souvenirs of great men. At the Presidential Palace Relic Site, every house, garden corner, row of trees, fish pond, and furniture are deeply imprinted with the simple, humble image of the Father of the nation. There, we see "He is tall but not far away, new but not strange, great but not great, shining but not overwhelming, meeting for the first time already feels close for a long time" (2) .

2. According to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), culture is the set of distinctive spiritual, material, intellectual and emotional features of society or a social group; culture includes not only literature and art, but also lifestyles, ways of living together, value systems, traditions and beliefs. The Presidential Palace Relic Site - where Uncle Ho lived and worked at the Presidential Palace - fully meets the criteria according to UNESCO's perspective.

For every Vietnamese person, the Presidential Palace Relic Site has become a "red address", a sacred address to educate people about patriotism, national pride, historical and cultural traditions. For international friends, the Presidential Palace Relic Site is a place to express the feelings, expectations and praise of friends from all over the world when thinking of Vietnam, remembering Uncle Ho. The roads in the Presidential Palace Relic Site no longer welcome Uncle Ho's footsteps every day, but compatriots, comrades and international friends when having the opportunity to come to Hanoi always want to visit his residence and workplace. On the road Uncle often walks, it is still clean every day, the hibiscus hedges, grapefruit and orange rows, coconut trees still provide shade. Compatriots and visitors when visiting the Presidential Palace Relic Site are filled with emotions. Everything still carries the breath of life, still seeing the deep presence of " the high mountain peaks hiding their shape ", of "Uncle Ho's heart still loves us".
