The play 'Southern Vietnam in Uncle Ho's Heart' is about Pac Bo.

Two short plays about President Ho Chi Minh, "The Story of Ms. Tin's Family" and "The South in Uncle Ho's Heart," along with songs praising Uncle Ho, will be performed free of charge by artists from Hanoi at the Pac Bo National Special Historical Site and Cao Bang City.

This is a special art program commemorating the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth and the 85th anniversary of his return to Vietnam to directly lead the Vietnamese revolution. It is organized free of charge for the public by the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee, the Vietnam National Drama Theatre, and the World Heritage Magazine, thanks to social funding from businesses.

The program recreated the glorious historical milestones of the Party and the image of President Ho Chi Minh, including a musical segment with songs praising President Ho Chi Minh performed by singers from the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet Theatre, and two short plays about the image of President Ho Chi Minh performed by nearly 50 artists from the Vietnam National Drama Theatre.

The two plays, "The Story of Ms. Tin's Family " (by Le Trinh) and "The South in Uncle Ho's Heart" (by Ly Nguyen Anh), were both directed by Meritorious Artist Mai Nguyen of the Vietnam National Drama Theatre.

Previously, the play " The Story of Ms. Tin's Family" was scheduled to be performed in 2025 by the Vietnam National Drama Theatre in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh Museum.

In Cao Bang , the program will run for three nights. On the first night, May 17th, the artists will perform free of charge in Truong Ha commune, home to the Pac Bo National Special Historical Site, where 85 years ago President Ho Chi Minh returned to Vietnam to directly lead the Vietnamese revolution.

The event will take place on the evenings of May 18th and 19th at the Cao Bang Provincial Conference Center (Provincial Administrative Center, Thuc Phan Ward, Cao Bang City, Cao Bang Province).

The Organizing Committee plans to continue holding 24 free performances at the Ho Chi Minh Museum (Hanoi) to serve domestic and international tourists visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace Historical Site - Ho Chi Minh Museum on September 2nd, 2026, May 19th, 2027, and September 2nd, 2027.
