Checking the preparation work for the congresses of two communes Binh An and Thanh Loc

On the morning of August 12, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Agencies Vo Nguyen Nam worked with the Party Committee of Binh An Commune and the Party Committee of Thanh Loc Commune on preparations for the Party Congress of the Commune for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The delegation worked directly with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Binh An and Thanh Loc communes ( An Giang province) to assess the progress, organization plan and main contents of the draft document.

The Binh An Commune Party Congress is scheduled to take place on August 23 and 24. The Thanh Loc Commune Party Congress is scheduled to take place on August 25 and 26.

Up to this point, the preparations for the Party Congresses of the two communes of Binh An and Thanh Loc have basically been completed. The Congress documents have been carefully edited by the Party Committees of the two communes, comprehensively assessing the fields of Party building, socio-economic development, and ensuring national defense and security. The organization of collecting opinions from cadres, party members and people has been carried out seriously, promoting collective intelligence.

Concluding the working session with the Party Committees of Binh An and Thanh Loc communes, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Agencies Vo Nguyen Nam requested the two communes to continue reviewing and perfecting the preparations for the congress to ensure strictness, compliance with regulations and closeness to reality.

The political report needs to identify themes related to key tasks, breakthroughs, key targets and action programs. The targets for the new term need to closely follow Document 88 and be suitable to actual conditions...

Comrade Vo Nguyen Nam noted that party members participating and speaking at the congress should focus on proposing solutions to overcome difficulties. The Party Committee's action program must be specific in content, with clear time, responsibilities, and criteria. The two communes need to do a good job of propaganda before, during, and after the congress; and ensure logistics, security, and order.
