Provincial police listen to the aspirations of commune-level police officers and soldiers

On September 30, An Giang Provincial Police organized a dialogue conference between provincial police leaders and commune-level police officers and soldiers on personnel organization work in 2025. Colonel Le Phu Thanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police chaired the conference.

The conference listened to the thoughts, aspirations, as well as the difficulties and problems arising at the grassroots level in the process of performing tasks in the field of personnel organization. Leaders of professional units frankly exchanged, answered and clarified opinions related to Party building, force building, logistics - technology, etc.; proposed solutions to remove difficulties, creating conditions for officers and soldiers to feel secure in their work and successfully complete assigned tasks.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Le Phu Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, encouraged and shared the difficulties with commune-level police officers and soldiers, especially in the period after the merger of administrative units at all levels.

At the same time, it is recommended that Party committees and leaders of units uphold the spirit of responsibility, be exemplary in their work, promptly grasp thoughts and aspirations to encourage and resolve them immediately; strengthen political and ideological education; strongly apply information technology, population data and digital platforms to improve the effectiveness of management, information processing and professional work to meet the requirements in the new situation.
