The total investment for this project amounts to nearly 1,300 billion VND, with an expected operating period of 50 years from the date the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee approves the investment plan.
The project aims to meet the housing needs of the people through the transfer of land use rights in the form of subdivided plots for sale. At the same time, the project also aims to create land for public facilities, and address employment and housing issues for local residents.
Notably, from the beginning of 2023 to the end of 2024, Lam Dong province did not have any commercial housing projects approved for investment, making the Eco Grand Land project a bright spot in the current context.
