Lam Dong: Two brothers die in water reservoir.

At approximately 3:40 PM on July 12th, residents discovered the bodies of two brothers at the bottom of a reservoir in Dinh Plei hamlet, Truong Xuan commune (Lam Dong province).

The victims are Dang Y. K (14 years old) and Dang Y. H (6 years old), residing in N'jang Bo hamlet, Truong Xuan commune.

According to initial information, at noon on the same day, the two children were riding bicycles to go fishing at the Dak Rung 1 reservoir in Dinh Plei hamlet.

However, upon reaching a bend in the road, due to losing control of their speed, both brothers fell into the lake and drowned.

Later that afternoon, people passing by on their way to work discovered the bodies of the two victims and notified their families and local authorities.

According to the leaders of Truong Xuan commune People's Committee, the family of the two brothers, K. and H., is classified as a poor household. Both victims suffer from thalassemia.

Immediately after the incident, local authorities visited the family to offer condolences and support, and also provided some financial assistance for the funeral arrangements for both victims.
