In your opinion, what are the most outstanding qualities of modern Vietnamese women, demonstrating their creativity, courage and dedication?
There are many admirable qualities of Vietnamese women as they have shown their outstanding roles on many different fronts. If we have to mention the outstanding qualities of Vietnamese women, they are heroic, indomitable, loyal, and resourceful. Currently, they are confident, brave, self-respecting, loyal, and resourceful.
Among these qualities, confidence and bravery are the characteristics of modern women. When confident, women are ready to face difficulties and challenges to rise up and assert themselves. That is also a necessary condition for women to be creative and ready to pursue their dreams and ambitions.
In the context of developing Vietnamese society, how have women contributed to the economic, political , cultural and social fields?
In the context of Vietnamese society today, women have been making active and diverse contributions to the economic , political, cultural and social fields. It can be affirmed that these contributions have left their mark not only on a general level but also in each field. That mark is not only in quantity but also in quality and spirit together - total force; "gender competition" has become a very important driving force for development.
Economically, more and more women are starting and succeeding in business, contributing to the overall development of the country. In addition, women are increasingly participating in professions that require high professional qualifications such as information technology and finance, which were previously considered to be the advantage of men.
In politics, the proportion of women participating in legislative and executive bodies is increasing, demonstrating progress in ensuring gender equality. Women are taking on many important leadership positions in state agencies, political organizations and businesses. They also have made memorable contributions to ensuring gender equality and social justice.
In terms of culture, women play an important role in preserving and promoting traditional cultural values. They actively participate in artistic fields such as literature, music, cinema and painting, contributing to enriching the cultural life of the country.
In particular, women are increasingly demonstrating their role in social activities. Many women are shining examples in social activities, bringing positive values to the community. In many community and social activities, women have become leaders, "connectors" to develop these activities more colorfully and effectively. It can be affirmed that in the context of modern society, women's contributions are not only adaptive but also master and promote development.
What challenges are facing Vietnamese women in maximizing their potential, sir?
For Vietnamese women to maximize their potential is not only an expectation but also a general responsibility of the whole society. However, besides the advantages, in the current context, Vietnamese women still have to face challenges from many sides in maximizing their potential and strengths.
Gender stereotypes and discrimination still exist, hindering women’s development. In the family, women often face great pressure to balance their work and responsibilities. The sharing of responsibilities between husband and wife is not implemented fairly in all families.
In addition, domestic violence and sexual harassment in the workplace and public places still occur. Not to mention that programs or solutions for women to exploit their potential proactively are not really effective. At the same time, a part of women are still not proactive. Gender stereotypes still exist and still have certain impacts on maximizing women's potential.

From a social and cultural perspective, what changes have you seen in the perception of women's opportunities in Vietnam in recent years and how has this helped their development?
The perception of opportunities for Vietnamese women has undergone significant changes, contributing significantly to their development. In the past, women were often limited to family roles, but today, society has gradually recognized and appreciated their role in all fields. The concept of "male superiority and female inferiority" is gradually being replaced by the idea of gender equality. Women have an increasingly stronger voice in the family and society. They are encouraged to participate in political, economic and social activities and promote their strengths.
In particular, women are gradually no longer limited by social frameworks and they are strong enough to create opportunities for themselves to promote development. This is a positive change in the way women perceive opportunities so that they can develop their own abilities.
Do you have any advice for women so that they can confidently assert themselves, pursue their passions and contribute to the development of the country?
There is a point of view that I really like, that is: being a woman is a power. Therefore, women always have many advantages to develop themselves and contribute to the development of the family and society.
First of all, women should be confident in themselves, not afraid of challenges and stepping out of their comfort zones. Learn and discover what you really love and make plans to gradually achieve your goals. At the same time, constantly learn, improve knowledge and skills to develop yourself. In addition, everyone should pay attention to taking care of their physical and mental health; actively spread positive values and always remember that you deserve to be loved and respected.
In addition, each person should not hesitate to seek help from family, friends or experts when necessary. All personal efforts together with the strength of social organizations will help women have the most effective development opportunities. From there, they can affirm their position, role and promote their own strengths.
In supporting and creating conditions for women to take risks, seize opportunities and develop themselves, the role of men is indispensable?
Yes, the role of men in supporting and facilitating women's development is extremely important and diverse, contributing to building an equal and progressive society. Men need to be aware of and eliminate outdated prejudices about the role of women in the family and society. Respect and appreciate women's abilities, encourage and support them to pursue their dreams, and create conditions for women to maximize their potential.
In addition, it is necessary to share housework; join or support organizations that promote gender equality; speak out against violence and harassment; and set an example of gender equality for children and those around them.
By taking these actions, men can actively contribute to building an equal society where women can maximize their potential and contribute to the common development. Acceptance, respect, honor, equality, civility, cooperation and promotion are the ways for us to develop together and indirectly support and create conditions for women to develop and shine.
