Is Lam Vy Da venturing into singing?

Lam Vy Da has just announced that she will release a music video in early September titled "Hoa Giay" (Paper Flower ). The song was composed by Dat Long Vinh and Da Yen. The music video was directed by "billion-dollar director" Vo Thanh Hoa.

This isn't the first time Lam Vy Da has filmed a music video. Previously, the actress had created several musical projects as mementos for special occasions. However, this time, Lam Vy Da decided to invest heavily by inviting the renowned director Vo Thanh Hoa to direct it.

The music video revolves around the tumultuous love story of a couple. Their love spans a thousand years, overcoming numerous difficulties and obstacles, and even after becoming husband and wife, they still face many worries and challenges. Hứa Minh Đạt and Lâm Vỹ Dạ will play the main roles, while other famous artists will participate in the music video as guest appearances.

Lam Vy Da shared that this music video carries many meaningful messages. From the love story of the two main characters, Lam Vy Da expands to focus on family values. "As a family, you must compromise and be understanding because it's so difficult to become husband and wife, so don't give up on it for any reason or insignificant matter," Lam Vy Da added.

Speaking about venturing into singing, Lam Vy Da shared: “Since the announcement of my upcoming music video, everyone has thought I would be pursuing a singing career. Honestly, I really enjoy singing. Every time I perform, the audience often requests me to sing. I know that passion is one thing, but seriously pursuing a singing career is another. Releasing this music video is like fulfilling my passion for singing and a gift to the audience who have loved and supported me for so many years. Even so, I'm still trying to invest seriously in my product.”

As for Hua Minh Dat, the actor said he will have a rather special appearance in his wife's music video.

Sharing his thoughts on his wife's new music video, Hua Minh Dat said: "My wife loves singing, anyone close to us knows that. She's released several music videos before. I've always supported her decisions because she's very independent and knows what's best for her."

Lam Vy Da was born in 1989 in Hue and grew up in Ho Chi Minh City. Before becoming famous, she worked at the Nu Cuoi Moi (New Smile) theater group. Thanks to the show "Ơn giời cậu đây rồi" (Thank God, You're Here) , Lam Vy Da became widely known to the audience. With her charm, Lam Vy Da has won over viewers.

Currently, Lam Vy Da is one of the most famous female comedians in Vietnamese showbiz. She consecutively won the Mai Vang Award in the category of Most Popular Comedian in 2018 and 2019. The actress is also enjoying a fulfilling life with Hua Minh Dat and their two adorable sons.
