The artistic program opens with Chapter 1, "Tay Ninh Historical War Zone," aiming to recreate the "arduous yet heroic" past of this land that "led the way and followed the path of resistance."

Throughout the nation's struggle for independence and freedom, Tay Ninh has a rich history of revolutionary struggle. During the resistance against French colonialism in northern Tay Ninh, the Regional Party Committee and the Command Headquarters of the Eastern South Vietnam Sub-region were established and expanded in the area of what is now Tan Bien - Tan Chau.

The artists performed the piece "Spring in the War Zone," opening the first chapter of the program.

Throughout the 21 years of the protracted resistance war against the US, Tay Ninh served as the nerve center of the Southern revolution, housing the Central Committee of the Southern Region, the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, and the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam...

History has twice chosen Tay Ninh as a revolutionary base. This choice was entirely justified, based on the terrain, the people's support, and the fulfillment of favorable conditions: opportune timing, geographical advantages, and human resources. As a result, the Central Committee of the Southern Region's base in the North Tay Ninh war zone, the nerve center of the Southern revolution, will forever remain a shining symbol of revolutionary heroism, embodying the quintessential value of the ideology: "Better to sacrifice everything than to be enslaved."

As the place where loyal revolutionary cadres bid farewell to those heading north for regrouping, and also where brave sons and daughters returned to the base, Tay Ninh is also a symbol of sacrifice and protection for revolutionary soldiers who dedicated their lives to the Fatherland and the people.

In particular, after 1975, before the wounds of war had even healed, Tay Ninh entered the war against Pol Pot, defending the southwestern border sovereignty of the Fatherland—a war no less difficult, arduous, and sacrificial. However, the courageous people and soldiers of Tay Ninh overcame all obstacles and difficulties to defend their homeland.

Having overcome the war to reach where we are today, there have been times so difficult that they seemed insurmountable. But with an indomitable tradition of loyalty, courage, and resilience in revolutionary struggle, along with dynamism, creativity, and a rich cultural heritage, the Party Committee, government, and people of Tay Ninh have united to write a new chapter in the history of this heroic and resilient land of the Southeast region.

Chapter 1 comprises songs praising the glorious history of Tay Ninh province, commemorating the sacrifices of those who dedicated their youth to peace and freedom for the nation. Works such as "Spring in the War Zone," "Vam Co Dong," "Red Lily," and "Voluntary" transport the audience back to the vibrant and proud revolutionary atmosphere.

In Chapter 2, "Radiant Tay Ninh," the audience hears the story of Tay Ninh, a land of warmth, dynamism, and aspiration for development today. Beginning with a folk dance performed by over 100 artisans, artists, and local people, Chapter 2 immediately sets the stage for a Tay Ninh rich in cultural and historical traditions, showcasing the most distinctive features of Tay Ninh's ethnic groups, such as the Chhay Dam drum dance and performances of the Co and Kim musical instruments.

The songs: "Returning to the Golden Hill" (performed by singer Duc Tuan and Phuong Viet dance troupe), "Who's Going to Tay Ninh?" (performed by singer Nhu Y), "The Eyes of Tay Ninh" (performed by singer Phuc Bo and Phuong Viet dance troupe), "Nam Quoc Son Ha" (performed by singer Erik and Erik dance troupe), "I Am a Star", and "Vietnam, Oh!" (Noo Phuoc Thinh) left a special impression on the audience.

In particular, throughout the two chapters, 3D mapping projection technology is used, contributing to the recreation of historical moments at the foot of the majestic Ba Den Mountain. Famous destinations in Tay Ninh such as Ba Den Mountain and the Tay Ninh Holy See are vividly recreated. The spontaneous and creative combination of layers of traditional cultural heritage with modern technology creates novel and breathtaking visual effects, which is a unique highlight of the program.

Emotions erupted as the high-altitude fireworks display unfolded. Against the backdrop of the Tay Ninh sky, the light of the fireworks seemed to represent hope and faith in a Tay Ninh that was brave in the past and dynamic, creative, and constantly developing in the future.
