In the days leading up to the Lunar New Year, the fires of villagers grilling fish in the waters of Thach Kim commune (Loc Ha district, Ha Tinh province) are always bright red to promptly provide products to the market. Currently, the whole commune has about 40 households and 5 cooperatives doing fish grilling, creating jobs for over 200 workers. In recent years, fish grilling has been one of the important fisheries logistics services, contributing to the processing and consumption of products caught by fishermen in the area.
