Visiting Lang Son in the early spring, tourists are overwhelmed by the vast peach orchards and roads ablaze with vibrant pink blossoms.

Destinations like Mau Son, Huu Lien, Bac Son, and Loc Binh have all become ideal places for those who want to fully enjoy the beauty of this flower.

Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, a tourist from Hanoi , shared: "I have traveled to many places, but nowhere else has peach blossoms as beautiful and natural as in Lang Son. Not only did I get to admire the flowers, but I also got to immerse myself in the lives of the Tay and Nung ethnic groups, listening to them tell stories about their traditional customs."

Beyond the vibrant blossoms, the peach blossom season is also a time of lively festivals throughout the highlands of Lang Son. Local people hold the Long Tong festival, singing sli and luon songs in a joyful atmosphere to welcome spring.

The beauty of peach blossoms not only holds spiritual significance but also opens up opportunities for tourism development in Lang Son. In recent years, tours to admire peach blossoms, chase clouds in Mau Son, and take photos with wild peach blossoms in Bac Son have increasingly attracted tourists.

Many homestays and services offering local cultural experiences have also expanded, bringing significant income to local people.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu, a tour guide in Lang Son, said: "Previously, tourists came to Lang Son mainly to shop at the border gate. But now, many people come to experience the peach blossom season and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the highlands."

In particular, the annual Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival has become a highlight and a defining feature of Lang Son's peach blossoms.

According to Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province, the Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival is a unique annual cultural and tourism event aimed at honoring the beauty of peach blossoms, introducing and promoting the tourism potential and unique cultural heritage values ​​of the ethnic communities.

The festival runs from mid-January to the end of February, along with tours that offer visitors experiences and opportunities to explore the nature, cultural identity, and people of Lang Son.

"With its unique climate and soil, Lang Son province is considered the land of peach blossoms, boasting many beautiful and rare varieties with their own vibrant beauty. The peach blossoms of Lang Son have become a source of pride for the people of Lang Son province, representing strong vitality, longevity, unity, and aspiration for progress," said Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen.

According to information from the People's Committee of Lang Son province, thanks to effective exploitation, in the past year, people earned approximately 300 billion VND from selling and renting peach trees and branches.
