The Farmers' Association of Dien Tho commune has 11 branches with 2,571 members. Up to now, the Association has completed the organization arrangement; is focusing on and making efforts to effectively implement the Association's tasks and the farmers' movement in the remaining months of 2025. The Commune Farmers' Association is promoting propaganda on major national holidays; propagating policies related to agriculture, farmers, and rural areas; organizing the updating of membership management software, installing Vietnam Farmers' Association software for members and guiding members to open accounts on e-commerce platforms, operating on E-Office and KPI software. The Association has received loan sources, of which the outstanding debt from the Farmers' Support Fund at all levels is more than 2.25 billion VND; the entrusted capital of the Social Policy Bank is nearly 13.4 billion VND; and the unsecured capital of Agribank is more than 6 billion VND. The Farmers' Association of Dien Tho commune also presented some difficulties and proposed that the Provincial Farmers' Association provide support solutions such as: the inspection of households using capital, collecting principal and interest from borrowers is not timely; the mobilization to establish new cooperatives is facing difficulties...

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Le Quoc Toan highly appreciated the results achieved, especially the Farmers' Association of Dien Tho commune which quickly stabilized the organization and ensured smooth operations. Regarding the recommendations of the Farmers' Association of the commune, he requested the Executive Board of the Provincial Farmers' Support Fund to inspect, research, and advise on the development of guidelines for the implementation of contents related to the management and collection and disbursement of farmers' loans.

On the same day, the working delegation came to learn and discuss with some members about implementing a model of linking the cultivation of high-value Malabar spinach and a model of raising calcium worms to treat organic waste and protect the environment in the commune.
