Leaders of Tay Tuu ward visited and offered congratulations on the occasion of the Buddha's Birthday celebration.

On the occasion of the Buddha's Birthday celebration, Buddhist calendar 2570 - Gregorian calendar 2026, on May 25th and 26th, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Tuu ward organized delegations to visit and congratulate the temples in the ward.

On May 25th, a delegation led by Nguyen Huu Tuyen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Tay Tuu Ward, visited and congratulated the abbot of Hung Khanh Pagoda in Trung 5 residential area.

On the same day, a delegation led by Ms. Chu Thi Thu Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, visited and congratulated the abbot of Ngoa Long Pagoda in Ngoa Long 1 residential area.

Following that, on May 26th, a delegation led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Nang Mai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuc Ly Ward, along with representatives from various departments and units, visited and congratulated the abbot of Phuc Ly Pagoda in Phuc Ly 2 residential area.

During their visits, the leaders of Tay Tuu ward extended their best wishes to the abbots, monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers in the area for a peaceful, happy, and auspicious Vesak season. They also acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions of Buddhist establishments to social welfare, building national unity, and developing cultural life in the community.

The ward leaders hope that in the coming time, the abbots, monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers will continue to uphold the fine traditions of Buddhism, spread the spirit of compassion and goodness; actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, charitable and humanitarian activities, environmental protection, and building a cultural life in the locality.

Representatives from the temples expressed their appreciation for the ward leaders' attention to Buddhist activities in the area; they also affirmed that they will continue to cooperate with the local Party committee and government in Buddhist affairs, social welfare, and patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the development of Tay Tuu ward and the increasingly prosperous and happy lives of its people.

The Buddha's Birthday celebration is one of the most important holidays in Buddhism. Over the years, Buddhist establishments in Tay Tuu ward have actively coordinated with the local Party committee and government in social welfare work, caring for the people's lives, building a civilized lifestyle, and contributing to strengthening national unity.
