Ho Chi Minh City leaders visit and extend Christmas greetings.

On December 18th, a delegation of leaders from the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, led by Comrade Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City, visited and extended Christmas greetings to the Catholic and National Newspaper, the General Assembly of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (Southern Region), Pastor Thai Phuoc Truong, and others.

During a visit to the General Assembly of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (Southern Region) with Pastor Thai Phuoc Truong, President of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (Southern Region), and other pastors, in the warm atmosphere of the year-end, Comrade Vo Van Minh cordially chatted with and inquired about the health of the pastors.

The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council also shared information about the socio- economic situation and the projects that the city is determined to implement.

On the occasion of Christmas, the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council sends wishes for good health and a peaceful and happy Christmas to Pastor Thai Phuoc Truong and all the parishioners.

Pastor Thai Phuoc Truong expressed his joy in welcoming the delegation.

The pastor affirmed that he will continue to work closely with the local community in mobilizing believers, promoting unity, and contributing to the development of the country and the city.

The delegation also visited and extended Christmas greetings to the Catholic and National Newspaper.

Comrade Le Huu Tuan, Deputy Editor-in-Chief in charge of the Catholic and National Newspaper, shared with the delegation about the newspaper's formation and development over the past 50 years.

The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council expressed his joy and congratulated the newspaper on its achievements and development over the past time. The newspaper has contributed to uniting Catholic compatriots and the people of the city in the process of building and developing the city.
