From November 20th to 23rd, 2025, the first "Vietnamese Rice Noodle Festival - Delicious Dishes from Noodles" will take place at 23/9 Park (Ho Chi Minh City), bringing together 96 stalls featuring characteristic cuisine from all three regions of Vietnam, promising to attract approximately 100,000 visitors.
The highlight of the festival is a unique check-in area featuring a traditional rice flour mill and three giant noodle bowls (for pho, bun mam, and bun bo Hue ) with a diameter of 80 cm. The traditional craft area recreates scenes of making rice noodles and silkworm-shaped noodles by hand. Notably, the record for "100 delicious dishes made from rice noodles and Nguyen Binh vermicelli" will be set by the Chefs' Association - Center for Research, Preservation and Development of Vietnamese Cuisine, with the participation of dozens of professional chefs.

Hanoi- style bun cha also appeared at the Ho Chi Minh City Bun Festival.

The event, organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, received media sponsorship from the Vietnam Journalists Association, the Tourism Journalists Club, and TikTok Vietnam, with numerous live-streamed promotional activities taking place directly at the festival.
