From November 20 to 23, 2025, the first "Vietnamese Rice Noodle Festival - Delicious dishes from vermicelli" will take place at 23/9 Park (HCMC), gathering 96 culinary stalls typical of the three regions, promising to attract about 100,000 visitors.
The highlight of the festival is the unique check-in space with a traditional flour mill and three giant bowls of noodles (pho, bun mam, bun bo Hue ) with a diameter of 80 cm. The traditional craft area recreates the scene of making noodles and handmade banh tam. In particular, the record of "100 delicious dishes from rice noodles and Nguyen Binh noodles" will be set by the Chefs Association - Center for Research, Conservation and Development of Vietnamese Cuisine, with the participation of dozens of professional chefs.

Hanoi's Bun Cha also appears in the Ho Chi Minh City Bun Festival.

The event was organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, sponsored by the Vietnam Journalists Association, the Tourism Reporters Club and TikTok Vietnam, with many live-streaming promotional activities directly at the festival.
