The Vietnamese Olympic team will compete in the men's football event at the 19th Asian Games (Hangzhou, China) starting on September 19th. Coach Hoang Anh Tuan will lead a squad comprising players from the 2023 Southeast Asian U23 Championship-winning team, combined with players who recently participated in the 2024 Asian U23 Championship qualifiers.
The Vietnamese Olympic team is in Group B along with Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Mongolia.
