At the conference, representatives of local and enterprise grassroots trade unions reported on the preliminary situation of trade union activities; the work of taking care of union members and workers after the merger; and at the same time recommended that the Provincial Federation of Labor soon provide guidance and hand over the grassroots trade unions of enterprises to the trade unions of communes and wards for consolidation and operation; provide guidance on personnel work to prepare for grassroots trade union congresses; establish internal Zalo/Email groups in each region and area to carry out activities and internal communication more conveniently; support and guide grassroots trade unions to stabilize their organization, personnel, and finances, ensuring uninterrupted union members' rights...

The Provincial Federation of Labor accepted the recommendations and thoroughly grasped some contents of the union's activities in the coming time such as: Organizing propaganda, stabilizing the ideology of union members and workers after the merger; reviewing and collecting complete data on the number of grassroots unions, union officials, union members, organizational status (active, suspended, dissolved...); establishing a database of grassroots unions according to the new administrative area; assigning cadres to be in charge of clusters and areas; grasping the thoughts and proposals of the grassroots; guiding the change of seals, names, and related administrative documents; implementing the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots unions for units that do not receive 100% of their salaries from the state budget, enterprises that do not have a union organization...

* On the same day, in Ninh Hoa ward and Van Ninh commune, the Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to deploy trade union activities for the last 6 months of 2025. Representatives of grassroots trade unions of units and enterprises in the communes and wards: Bac Ninh Hoa, Nam Ninh Hoa, Tay Ninh Hoa, Tan Dinh, Hoa Tri, Ninh Hoa, Dong Ninh Hoa, Hoa Thang, Van Ninh, Van Hung, Tu Bong, Van Thang, Dai Lanh attended.

At the conference, the grassroots unions briefly reported on the situation of union activities before, during and after the merger, which were still smooth. At the same time, some problems arose such as: No seal; union financial collection and expenditure are still waiting for a solution; the commune and ward level operation model lacks connection between grassroots unions after the dissolution of the district level union...

The leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged the efforts, difficulties and obstacles, thereby requesting that grassroots unions continue to promote emulation to complete the targets set in 2025; focus on propaganda work on newly applied laws that have an impact on union members and workers such as: Law on Social Insurance, Law on Trade Unions... In addition, closely coordinate with employers and business owners to carry out activities to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union; widely carry out activities to care for union members and workers...
