BTO-On May 26, the 5th Tuy Phong District Trade Union Congress took place, term 2023-2028. This is the unit chosen by the Provincial Labor Confederation to be the meeting of the immediate superior trade union at the grassroots level.

In the past 5 years, the trade unions at all levels in the district have actively promoted the wisdom of the staff, union members and employees to contribute ideas and participate in the development and improvement of relevant policies and laws. 19/26 enterprises negotiated and signed collective labor agreements, reaching 73,08%. Most businesses pay for meals over 15.000 VND/person, some businesses support 33.000 VND. During the term, there was no labor dispute at the enterprise with a large number of workers.
