During his working visit to the US, on the afternoon of September 21 (local time), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met and worked with leading US corporations and witnessed the signing ceremony of investment cooperation agreements between agencies, organizations and enterprises of the two countries. Specifically in the fields of: industrial park development; seaport construction; green growth support; pharmaceutical production and distribution; human resource training in the semiconductor sector. In particular, the Saigontel Green Infrastructure Development Alliance - including Vietnam's Saigontel Company with partners Energy Capital Vietnam Company (USA), Allotrope Partners Company (USA) and Maius Company (Switzerland) signed a support agreement to promote green growth strategy with Hai Phong City .

The Saigontel Green Infrastructure Development Alliance includes companies with extensive experience in analyzing and consulting on carbon reduction plans, developing clean energy and green infrastructure projects, and attracting green investment capital in the US and Europe.
Previously, the alliance group has consulted and accompanied many localities such as Dong Nai and Long An provinces... on assessing the current situation and aiming to reduce emissions in localities. At the same time, it proposed a plan to orient towards net emission reduction; coordinated policy development, implementation of emission reduction plans and competitiveness enhancement; and attracted green finance from foreign investors and multinational corporations.
In the coming time, the alliance will pilot a number of activities such as calculating and completing local emission maps with the ability to access by region and by sector in each locality and the ability to predict in the following years when integrating local development planning. Or using AI algorithms to optimize traffic flow, station locations in big cities, combined with support for green public transport such as buses or electric motorbikes. At the same time, building criteria and calling for green investment in key infrastructure projects such as ports and logistics...
