Review of the content of Doc Dao episode 14
In the previous episode, Dung "Kinh" went to the village chief Cu's house to hunt down the two brothers Hong and Khuong. Thanks to Cu's cleverness, the two brothers were not discovered while hiding there. After an unsuccessful search, Dung returned to see Quan "Gia" and reported that he still had not found Khuong "Muscle". Quan "Gia" said seriously: "Duong is my brother, he must see his body when he is alive, and his body when he is dead." Dung "Kinh" immediately promised to personally go and find him.
At the village chief Cu's house, thanks to his ability to read Hong's mind, Mr. Cu agreed to help him return to Moc village, but on the condition that Hong had to tell him where "muscular" Duong was. Hong coldly replied: "Let's assume he's dead."
Meanwhile, Mrs. Moc is devastated by her husband's sudden death, and her two sons are nowhere to be found to arrange the funeral. At the provincial hospital, Long saved "muscle" Duong after being kicked off a cliff by Khuong, and Duong is currently in the emergency room. It turns out that Long deployed a secret task force to monitor and discover Duong. Currently, Duong's health is recovering well. After reporting the situation, Long's superior asked him to return to the district that night to keep the information about Duong's absence a secret.
Ly "toet" was bragging about Duong "muscle"'s death when Dung "kinh" appeared, making Ly confused: "Hello, Mr. Dung kinh." Dung asked suspiciously: "Ly toet, the news expert of May village, right?" Ly replied: "Yes, I am." Although this was Dung's first time appearing in May village, Ly knew Dung's name, which made Dung suspicious: "If the police asked me to identify boss Quan now, I would recognize him in a blink of an eye." Dung quickly realized that Ly "toet" was someone who received money from both sides and often caused trouble. Therefore, Dung decided to take advantage of Ly to get more information.
The "old" Quan reappeared and began discussing the transportation of white goods with Mr. Cu (People's Artist Bui Bai Binh), after the death of Le Toan (Meritorious Artist Hoang Hai). Mr. Cu was straightforward: "I don't like beating around the bush. I know what it is, so I'll say it directly, on the right day and time, someone will come to pick up the goods and bring them to the location you indicated, without contacting you or me. If I get caught, there will be no clues. This time I can only transport a small amount because I only have a few trustworthy people left." The "old" Quan looked suspicious: "It sounds so dangerous, it's possible that it's a policeman. If you do it, you have to do it thoroughly, at least half a ton."
After a series of events happened to Tuyet, Dung "respectfully" comforted her, saying: "Don't be angry with me. After the recent events, I'm under a lot of pressure." Dung also promised to protect Tuyet, affirming: "The stronger my position is, the better I can protect you." Tuyet replied: "I understand, what do you need me to do now?" Dung continued: "I need you to spread the news about the gambling the other day. You need to do this skillfully so that everyone believes that the gamblers are Hung's people."
Meanwhile, the district police are still investigating the sudden disappearance of Duong "muscle". Long (Ha Viet Dung) suddenly disappeared without reporting to his superiors, causing confusion and suspicion among his subordinates. Phung (Bao Anh) and his teammates speculated about the situation in May village: "Duong "muscle" disappearing is a serious matter for Quan "old", so he will act as soon as he hears the news. It is possible that Long went missing to carry out some secret mission," Phung commented.
Hong and Khuong were still stuck in the village chief Cu's house because the only road was blocked. After the incident caused by Khuong, he could only rely on Hong's resourcefulness. At that moment, Mr. Cu led his family to help the brothers camouflage and find a way through the forest to return to Moc village. While they were resting on the way, Duong "muscle"'s followers came to find them.
Meanwhile, "old" Quan was getting a massage from a young girl when he discovered that she was carrying a hidden weapon to assassinate him. Quan quickly and mercilessly killed the attacker.
Long returned to report to the provincial police, recounting the process of searching for Duong "muscle", saying that thanks to the accurate judgment of K3, they were able to find him. Duong "muscle" suffered a traumatic brain injury and multiple body injuries, it is currently difficult to predict when he will regain consciousness.
Meanwhile, "old" Quan asked Dung "respectful" to investigate the failed assassination. Quan was dissatisfied with Dung, saying: "You have a brain but no guts, so you can't do big things." Then, "old" Quan himself captured the village chief Cu and Duong "muscle"'s lover to find out the truth. He put a gun to Mr. Cu's head and asked: "Two puppies, which way did you go?" Mr. Cu replied: "Go home to mourn Le Toan. That adopted son, he's a good boy. We should use him." "Old" Quan nodded: "It seems like I have some sense of duty, that's why I'm alive today."

Long gets closer to the "bosses" and the location of the secret drug bunker. As they delve deeper into their target, Long and Hong realize that behind the large shipments, the crimes, and the financial benefits is a "history" of "hatred" and "gratitude", "familiarity" turned into "hostility" between people who considered each other brothers, comrades on the same front...
The film focuses on Hong, a victim of crime, exposing the plots of those who spread "white death" to society for money. The film helps viewers better understand the police force - those who silently sacrifice themselves, risk their lives to protect the peace of the Fatherland.
