Review of How Much Youth costs episode 2
In episode 2 of How Much Does Youth Cost, at the Innovation Idea Challenge, during a break, Kien went to the "tea break" table and coincidentally met Kieu who was also there. When Kieu accidentally dropped something, Kien quickly bent down to help pick it up. While picking up the item, he was surprised to see a round red mark on Kieu's right leg, causing him to pause for a few seconds. This red mark was identical to the mark on the leg of the little girl that Kien had helped pick up the dropped item years ago.
Afterwards, Kieu did not take the item back and said it was dirty, asking Kien to throw it away. This statement startled Kien even more, because it was the same thing the little girl had said when he picked up the dropped ball of yarn.
In another development, while bringing water and cake into the exam room, Hung, accidentally or intentionally, spilled water on Kien's laptop. Therefore, Kien's group's exam, which was the first to be completed, became unfinished even though time was up.
Meanwhile, Kieu's group finished the test first, which means they will present first in the next test.
The next day, Kieu's group went on stage to present. Kieu, the group leader, confidently presented, but Kien's group quickly realized that it was their exam paper. Even the spelling mistake of the word "cam xanh" that Nga had typed in the presentation file was exactly the same, but Kieu's group did not bother to correct it.
Nga angrily stood up and denounced: "Teacher, they stole our group's work." Kien immediately tried to stop Nga, but because she was too angry or thought Kien was a traitor to the group, Nga punched Kien and knocked him down.
During the exam, Hung occasionally glanced at Kieu. Was Hung the one who "sold out" the group? Did Hung copy the group's presentation file and send it to Kieu? And did Hung intentionally damage Kien's computer?
On the other hand, both Kieu and Kien share the same goal of winning the championship. Kien is determined to win the championship to make his youth more meaningful, while Kieu wants the championship to win an internship at her father's company, proving her ability to him.
So when they both drew lots for the exam on "Consumption", Kieu saw Kien as a direct opponent.
