In order for the announcement ceremony to take place solemnly and successfully, it is requested that relevant agencies, units and localities urgently review the remaining work according to the assigned tasks in Plan 210/KH-UBND, dated June 25, 2025 of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee, especially the general rehearsal of the ceremony program must have all participants; edit and unify the ceremony script in the most reasonable and scientific way. The police force is responsible for ensuring security, order, traffic safety and developing a plan for arranging the delegates' means of transportation.

Regarding legal operations, it is necessary to urgently register the program and documents to be submitted to the An Giang Provincial People's Council (new) at the first thematic session (scheduled to be held on July 2), and must comply with the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents.
