Nhan Dan Newspaper respectfully introduces the full text of 12 resolutions.
In Resolution No. 204/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided to reduce the value added tax rate by 2%, applicable to groups of goods and services specified in Clause 3, Article 9 of the Law on Value Added Tax (to 8%), except for the following groups of goods and services: telecommunications, financial activities, banking, securities, insurance, real estate business, metal products, mining products (except coal), goods and services subject to special consumption tax (except gasoline).
In Resolution No. 205/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided to pilot the People's Procuracy in initiating civil lawsuits to protect the civil rights of vulnerable groups or to protect public interests.
In Resolution No. 206/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided on a special mechanism to handle difficulties and obstacles caused by legal provisions. This Resolution stipulates criteria for determining, principles, plans, procedures and responsibilities in handling difficulties and obstacles caused by legal provisions.
In Resolution No. 207/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided on the Content and Organization of the implementation of the National Assembly's Supervision Program in 2026.
In Resolution No. 208/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided to amend and supplement a number of articles of the National Assembly Session Regulations issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly.
In Resolution No. 209/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided to dismiss Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie K'dam from the position of Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the position of Chairman of the Ethnic Council of the 15th National Assembly.
In Resolution No. 210/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided that the number of members of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly is 20 people, including: Chairman of the National Assembly , 6 Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, and 13 members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
In Resolution No. 211/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided to establish the National Election Council, consisting of 19 members.
In Resolution No. 212/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided to elect comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member and Chairman of the National Assembly, to hold the position of Chairman of the National Election Council.
In Resolution No. 213/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided to elect comrade Lam Van Man, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Soc Trang province and comrade Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Bac Kan province to hold the position of member of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly.
In Resolution No. 214/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided to elect comrade Lam Van Man, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Soc Trang province to hold the position of Chairman of the Ethnic Council of the 15th National Assembly.
In Resolution No. 215/2025/QH15, the National Assembly decided to approve the proposal of the Chairman of the National Election Council on the list of Vice Chairmen of the National Election Council and members of the National Election Council.
