Macarthur FC is afraid of foreign players of Hanoi Police Club

(NLDO) - Hanoi Police Club will host Macarthur FC (Australia) in the third match of the 2025-2026 AFC Champions League group stage at Hang Day Stadium at 7:15 p.m. on October 23.

Hanoi Police Club (CAHN) has achieved stable high performance in international competitions this season. Coach Polking's team leads Group E of the AFC Champions League 2025-2026 after two unbeaten matches, including 1 win.

Ahead of the third round of the group stage, CAHN is receiving a lot of attention when welcoming the Australian representative – Macarthur FC. Evaluating his opponents, Mr. Polking said he had carefully studied Macarthur FC's playing style: "They are a strong team, with good speed and physique, especially effective in attacking the flanks. Right after the draw, I talked to Stephan Mauk, he used to play for Macarthur so he provided a lot of useful information. We reviewed their recent matches to come up with a countermeasure. Hang Day Stadium will be a great advantage to help us confidently deploy our playing style."

Coach Polking is confident he will win 3 points when hosting a strong team from Australia.

Coach Polking also shared that the team's goal this season is to compete for titles in all arenas.
