First of all, there are 6.5 hours of sleep each day, remember to set an alarm so as not to exceed this time. This includes 6 hours of sleep at night and 30 minutes for a “golden nap at noon”. No matter how busy you are, you must not skip your afternoon nap because this is the time you need to recover after a morning full of positive energy. “Optimize this time, especially during meals, to talk with grandparents, parents, and siblings. A day must have at least 6 hours of self-study, with an emphasis on self-study. You can divide it into 3 subjects, each subject 2 hours a day or 2 subjects each 3 hours a day, or a ratio of 3-2-1 or 4-2 if there is a weaker subject and a strong subject that needs adjustment. There are 2 important things to remember. First, you should divide it into 2 review periods during the day. For example, 2 subjects in the morning with 4 hours, 1 subject in the afternoon with 2 hours. 6 hours of self-study is necessary, the minimum.
