The Argentine star had a conflict with coach Ruben Amorim in the final stages of the season. After the Europa League final, Garnacho criticized coach Amorim for using him too little. After that, the Portuguese strategist is said to have "fired" Garnacho in front of the entire Man Utd team.
According to The Guardian, Man Utd initially wanted to earn around £50 million if they sold the young Argentine talent. However, amid interest from Napoli, the Old Trafford club is said to have lowered the price to just £40 million to sell Garnacho urgently.

Another person asserted: "Imagine a team asking to buy an Argentine player like Garnacho from Man Utd, they would definitely be asked for a much higher price."
A fourth person wrote: “That price is ridiculous. I don't understand how Man Utd negotiates?”.
When asked about the possibility of Garnacho continuing to stay at the club, teammate Amad Diallo replied vaguely: "He is a good player, and we always need good players to stay. I hope to continue playing with him."
Despite having a long-term contract, Garnacho's future at Old Trafford is becoming uncertain. If he leaves for £40 million, this could be one of the most criticized deals within Man Utd this summer.
