Dien Lac Commune Front launches digital technology models.

On the morning of May 30th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Lac commune, in coordination with the commune's political and social organizations, held a ceremony to launch the Digital Technology Team and Digital Branch model; presented health insurance cards to women in difficult circumstances; and awarded scholarships to orphaned students and students from disadvantaged backgrounds who excelled academically in the 2025-2026 school year.

Leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Lac commune presented decisions to establish digital technology teams in the villages.

The decision to establish the branch association was handed over to representatives of the Women's Association branches in Binh Khanh and Thanh Minh 1 villages.

At the program, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Lac commune and political and social organizations announced and presented decisions to establish Digital Technology Teams and Digital Branches in the villages of Phu Khanh Thuong, Truong Thanh, Thanh Minh 1, Thanh Minh 2, Phu Khanh Trung, Phu Khanh Ha, Thanh Minh 3, Truong Lac, Binh Khanh, and the Dien Lac Commune Fatherland Front Digital Technology Team. These Digital Technology Teams and Digital Branches will focus on organizing activities to guide officials, members, and residents in applying digital technology for personal development, work, and daily life, promoting a civilized and positive lifestyle. Through this, they will contribute to the effective implementation of digital transformation activities in the locality, promote digital transformation in the community, and participate in building a digital government, digital economy, and digital society.

Representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Women's Union of the commune awarded scholarships to poor but academically excellent students for the 2025-2026 school year.

Representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune presented health insurance cards to households in difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Lac commune presented 43 health insurance cards to disadvantaged households, single mothers raising young children, and people with serious illnesses who do not yet have the means to participate in health insurance. The Women's Union of the commune awarded 20 scholarships, each worth 500,000 VND, to orphaned students and disadvantaged students with excellent academic performance in the 2015-2026 school year.
