With the theme "Blood Saves Lives – Happy Smiles," for a healthy and humane society, for the health of the community and their own health, more than 400 police officers, soldiers, youth union members in the province, and officials and employees of departments and agencies, as well as residents living in the province, participated in voluntary blood donation. After one working session, 402 units of blood were donated, exceeding the set target.

Over the years, the Ca Mau Provincial Police have launched numerous voluntary blood donation drives to save lives, with many officers, soldiers, and staff members from various departments and agencies actively participating. This has significantly contributed to treatment, saving the lives of many patients thanks to the precious blood donated through these voluntary blood donation activities.
