Microsoft allows Windows 11 users to uninstall OneDrive

DMA is the reason Microsoft had to make the change

Second, if Windows 10/11 users really want to uninstall OneDrive, they can now select the Start button, then type Programs in the search box and select Add or remove programs from the list of results. The change is said to be a result of updates to comply with the European Union's (EU) Digital Markets Act (DMA), which came into effect on March 6. Microsoft announced its plans to comply with EU law in November last year. At the time, Microsoft said that to comply with the DMA regulations, it had adapted Windows 11 for users in the European Economic Area (EEA). Users can uninstall core software like Edge and Bing, as well as some software that comes with pre-installed apps, and can disable recommendations and advertising content.
