Weather highlights for the night of January 3 and January 4, 2024

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on the night of January 3 and January 4, the North and North Central regions will maintain cold weather. The lowest temperature in the mountainous areas of the North is generally 12-14 degrees Celsius, in the high mountains, some places are below 8 degrees Celsius, other places in the North and North Central regions are 15-18 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will increase slightly, with sunny weather in the afternoon.

On the night of January 3, the North Central region will have scattered rain. On the night of January 3 and January 4, from Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa, there will be scattered rain and thunderstorms in some places.

Central Highlands and South have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night, sunny during the day.

Northwest region has some rain, afternoon and evening clouds decrease and sunny. Light wind. Cold weather. Lowest temperature 14-17 degrees Celsius, Northwest region 12-14 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 20-23 degrees Celsius, Northwest region has some places over 24 degrees Celsius.

In the Northeast, there will be some rain, in the afternoon the clouds will decrease and there will be sunshine. Northeast wind level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4. Cold weather. Lowest temperature 15-18 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas 12-14 degrees Celsius, high mountainous areas below 10 degrees Celsius in some places. Highest temperature 19-22 degrees Celsius.

Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue North has scattered rain at night, some places have rain during the day. South has scattered rain and showers. North to northwest wind level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4. North is cold. Lowest temperature 17-20 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 21-24 degrees Celsius, some places in the South are above 24 degrees Celsius.

From Da Nang to Binh Thuan , there will be scattered showers. From Ninh Thuan to Binh Thuan, there will be scattered showers at night and sunny days. Northeast wind level 2-3. Lowest temperature in the North is 22-25 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature in the North is 24-27 degrees Celsius, in the South is 27-30 degrees Celsius.

Central Highlands: showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night, sunny during the day. Northeast to east wind level 2-3. Lowest temperature 17-20 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 27-30 degrees Celsius.

In the South, in the late afternoon and at night, there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places; sunny during the day. Northeast to east wind level 2-3. Lowest temperature 22-25 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 31-34 degrees Celsius, some places above 34 degrees Celsius.
