Mr. Nguyen Minh Canh, Vice Chairman of the Ben Tre Provincial People's Committee, has just signed a decision to establish a Council to appraise the environmental impact assessment report of the project "Exploitation of mineral resources for common construction materials (sand for leveling) in the Quoi Son mine area in Quoi Son commune, Chau Thanh district, Ben Tre province" and appointed Mr. Doan Van Danh, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, as its chairman.
