QNgTV - Quang Ngai is accelerating the development of social housing to meet the housing needs of workers and low-income earners. At the social housing project in the urban area south of Dak Bla bridge, Dak Bla ward, many households have found stable housing thanks to rental and installment purchase policies that suit their financial capabilities.

The project consists of two 9-story apartment buildings with 192 units, ranging in size from 50 to 70 square meters. Of these, 120 units are available for rent at prices from 1 to 1.7 million VND per month, and 72 units are sold on an installment plan with prices ranging from 490 to 900 million VND per unit. Buyers only need to pay 20% upfront, with the remaining balance payable gradually over 20 years without interest.

To date, more than 130 households have been living in this apartment complex. From now until 2030, Quang Ngai plans to build more than 1,000 social housing units each year, striving to reach approximately 8,356 apartments.

On May 19th, the province will commence construction on two new social housing projects for workers and laborers. Specifically, the Social Housing Project within the Trade Union Institutional Area in Tho Phong commune covers an area of ​​2.57 hectares and will comprise approximately 1,209 apartments.
