A duck – the first Vietnamese music video to reach 1 billion views has suddenly disappeared from YouTube, causing a stir in the online community. This is an outstanding product of the children's YouTube channel Heo Con, which achieved the record on June 15, 2024.
"A Duck" is the first Vietnamese song to reach 1 billion views.
This MV was posted in August 2019, with fun 3D animation, eye-catching colors, simulating a flock of ducks crossing a pond based on the familiar song lyrics. As of mid-June 2025, the video has officially surpassed 1 billion views and continues to increase steadily by more than 1 million views per day, reaching 2.2 million likes - an impressive number for a Vietnamese children's MV.
It is worth noting that “A Duck” is not a new song. It was composed by musician Kim Duyen, who became famous in the late 1990s and is associated with the clear voice of little Xuan Mai – a “child musical prodigy” at the time. Through many generations, this melody has maintained its vitality and continues to “revive” on YouTube thanks to modern versions that keep up with visual and technological trends.

In addition to the song Mot con vit , the Heo Con channel has nearly 40 videos, mainly Vietnamese and English children's songs such as Con cao cao, Hai ban tay cua em, Con chuot nhat, Chau len ba, Bi Bo em tap luan toc... In which, many videos have reached from several tens to hundreds of millions of views.
The sudden disappearance of A Duck from YouTube has many users wondering: Is this a technical error, a copyright violation, or a decision by the channel owner to temporarily hide the video? Although the reason has not been officially announced, many viewers, especially parents, are expecting the video to return soon to continue being an "indispensable companion" for their children.
