iOS 16.5 officially adds new wallpapers designed to celebrate LGBTQ+ culture and the community. These wallpapers are added alongside the watch faces on the Pride Celebration and Pride Sport Bands for Apple Watch.
In addition, previous iOS 16.5 beta versions also added commands for Siri to start and pause screen recording. In addition, iOS 16.5 officially added a " Sports " tab in the Apple News app, and some improvements to help users follow the match more easily.
iOS 16.5 also includes bug fixes for the Spotlight search bar; and fixes issues with Podcasts not being able to be listened to in CarPlay and Screen Time not syncing across all devices.
This update will be released on May 16. This will be the last update for iOS 16 before the WWDC event takes place in June. Apple's WWDC 2023 event will take place in early June this year.
Traditionally, this is where Apple brings new iOS versions with many attractive features for iPhone devices.
